Michele Cudahy is a registered patent agent. Michele’s practice is focused on patent prosecution in the pharmaceutical and chemical sciences, including crystalline forms, synthetic processes, and formulations. Michele has written and prosecuted pharmaceutical patent applications in the US and on a global basis. Michele is also involved in patentability analysis, freedom-to-operate and validity investigation/analysis, and due diligence.
Prior to joining Hueschen and Sage, Michele worked as a medicinal chemist in Discovery Research at Pfizer (and legacy companies Pharmacia, Pharmacia and Upjohn Company, The Upjohn Company), and she is a co-inventor on several patents/patent applications resulting from this work. Michele has also presented her work at scientific conferences and is a co-author on a number of scientific publications.
